Roundtable Expands to Include Nine New Organizations
WAKEFIELD, Mass., 04 August 2020 — Today the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) announced the 2020-2022 PCI SSC Global Executive Assessor Roundtable. The Roundtable is an Executive Committee level advisory board comprised of senior executives from PCI SSC assessor companies. The 2020-2022 Global Executive Assessor Roundtable added nine new organizations, creating an expanded GEAR of 28 participants.
“We received an unprecedented response from industry during our nomination process,” said PCI SSC Executive Director Lance J. Johnson. “Expanding the Roundtable gives us active representation from every corner of the globe from an assessor perspective. The Council depends on the input of a wide range of stakeholders to provide the PCI SSC with valuable insights. Assessors are critical in assisting the Council with our effort to improve and evolve payment data security.”

The PCI SSC works with organizations around the world to help secure payment data, and trains and
qualifies thousands of assessors every year that help ensure the correct adoption and implementation of
